VICTORY VEGAS RESERVATION
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE CLICKING CONTINUE!
BEFORE SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:
1) NOTE: If you are staying at our Jenkins Retreat, the motorcycle will be located in the 3rd stall garage for easy pick-up and drop-off. If you are not staying at Jenkins Retreat, please note that there may be guests staying there at the time of your pick-up/drop-off. If this is the case, we will be notifying the guest of your arrival so there are no surprises.
2) Check our Calendar to ensure the dates you are requesting are available.
BLANK = Available
CONFIRMED = Dates are already booked (go to our Waitlist to reserve dates and we’ll let you know if it becomes available)
TENTATIVE = Contract pending (go to our Waitlist to reserve dates and we’ll let you know if it becomes available)
3) Note the pricing, $100/day (20% off rentals > 1 day), $500/week (fuel not included).
4) Note the millage limit of 250/day, then 50 cents per mile after.
5) You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this motorcycle.
AFTER SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:
1) Your dates will be marked as tentative on our calendar, and you will receive an email from us with three tasks:
Pay your $100 reservation deposit. You can check our Payments tab to see what forms of payments we accept. Please note that we require an additional 2.9% when using a credit card.
eSign and return your contract.
Email in a copy of your driver’s license (including motorcycle endorsement).
2) After step one is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your dates will be marked as confirmed on our calendar. This email will contain one task:
Download Google Meet on your phone.
3) You will also receive two calendar invites for your pick-up and drop-off times per your contract. These will include instructions and a link for a remote video call where we will be going over the check-in/check-out process together the day of your booking.
When you are ready, please click Continue to submit a booking request and be sure to select “Victory Vegas - Motorcycle” from the Rental Requested dropdown.
