IMPORTANT:  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE CLICKING CONTINUE!

BEFORE SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:

1) Normal check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.  Please submit your booking request with only these times.  If you want to request early check-in or late check-out, you can request this the day of your rental and we will accommodate, if possible, free of charge.  If we have a back-to-back booking which you can see from our calendar, our cleaners need the full 6 hours to clean the property between bookings and we would not be able to accommodate.

2) Check our Calendar to ensure the dates you are requesting are available.

• BLANK = Available

• GREEN = Airbnb or Knudson Rentals booking: The guest is checking in on the first green date at 4pm, which means check-out is at 10am.  The last green date means they are checking out the following morning at 10am, so check in is at 4pm the day after green.   

• PURPLE = Vrbo booking: The guest is checking in on the first purple date at 4pm, which means check-out is at 10am.  The last purple date means they are checking out at 10am so check-in is that same day by 4pm.

3) If you would like to see the pricing in advance, we recommend clicking the Reserve Through Airbnb button on the previous page.  From here you can find rates by doing a mock check-out.  However, if you return to our site to book, you will get the same rates, less the Airbnb/VRBO fees.  This saves the average guest about $500 by booking direct with us.  After submitting a booking request, we will follow up with an email with the final rate so you can confirm it before we send a contract.  Please note, if you book direct we require a $1000 refundable damage deposit for the property, which is refunded after your stay.

4) You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

AFTER SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST:

1) You will receive an email from us with three tasks: 

• Pay for your full reservation per the contract sent.  By request, we also allow you to pay in 2 segments.  50% down, and the final 50% 30 days before your check-in date.  You can check the Payments tab to see what forms of payments we accept.  Please note that we require an additional 2.9% when using a credit card.

• eSign and return your contract

• Email in a copy of your driver’s license

2) After step one is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your dates will be blocked in green on our calendar.

3) You will then receive a welcome email 3 days before check-in with your lock code, check-in instructions, and our welcome book.  There will also be a check-out email reminder the evening before your check-out date.
